オランダの低失業率の原因のひとつはワークシェアリングの成功だ。フルタイム労働とパートタイム労働の時間当たり賃金を同一にして、社会保険の差をなくした。結果として労働時間の適正化と女性の就業率が上昇にとって大幅な所得増を達成できた。
